I. Overview
1. Range of application: HZ-1034 Lubricant Air Release Value Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard SH/T0308 ASTM D3427. This device is suitable for the determination of the air release value of petroleum products such as steam turbine oil and hydraulic oil under this standard.
2. Method definition: The air release value of lubricating oil refers to the ability of the oil to release mist air suspended or separated in the oil. After heating the sample to a certain temperature, pass compressed air into the sample to stir the sample vigorously, and the passed air will form small bubbles in the sample, that is, mist air. After stopping the ventilation, record the time when the volume of mist air in the sample decreases to 0.2%, which is used to evaluate the air release value of the lubricating oil.
