Overview
The high voltage withstand voltage test of electrical equipment is one of the most important items stipulated in the "insulation preventive test". Withstand voltage test can be divided into AC voltage withstand test and DC voltage withstand test, AC voltage test can be divided into power frequency, frequency conversion and 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency dielectric loss test technology, of which 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency dielectric loss technology is the latest technology, which also is the current International Electrotechnical Commission recommended technology.Our company's new generation of this series of VLF hipot tan delta generator adopt the latest American technology self-developed core products, using 7 inch touch screen, the latest ARM7 microcontroller, high-speed AD acquisition circuit, and equipped with background management software.It overcomes many of the shortcomings of similar domestic products (see Table 1), the cost performance is much higher than that of similar imported products, especially suitable for electrical equipment with large insulation equivalent capacitance (such as power cables, power capacitors, large and medium-sized generators and motors, etc.) voltage test. In line with the new national power industry standard in 2004 "Ultra-low frequency high voltage generator general technical conditions DL/T849.4-2004" requirements.
