I. Introduction

This instrument is a special equipment to eliminate the remanence of large power transformers, and has the functions of demagnetization and verification demagnetization. It plays an extremely important role in protecting the transformer from the impact of magnetizing inrush current, putting it into operation safely and prolonging the life of the transformer.

After the power transformer undergoes operations such as voltage ratio, DC resistance measurement, and no-load test, residual magnetism will remain in its core. If the residual magnetism is not treated, it may have many adverse effects on the relay protection device of the power transformer and the primary equipment. Excessive magnetizing inrush current can cause the transformer to fail to close, and the transformer itself mechanically vibrates, causing displacement of the winding structure, affecting the life of the power transformer and even causing permanent damage to it.

To this end, our company has developed a series of transformer degaussing products. It is an earlier manufacturer of degaussing instruments and has accumulated a lot of practical experience.

The power transformer degaussing analyzer is a new generation of degaussing analyzer independently developed by our company. Using advanced and reasonable composite current method technology, it can not only quickly demagnetize the power transformer transformer, but also quantify the residual magnetism detection. The detection and elimination of residual magnetism are automatically completed at one time. For three-phase transformers, only one phase can be demagnetized, which is more time-saving and efficient.

l The wiring is simple, and the DC resistance test line can be directly used for demagnetization.

l It is controlled by a 5-inch color touch screen, which is easier to operate.

l The test results are automatically stored, and the data before and after degaussing are completely recorded, without manual storage.

l The report can be printed directly and stored in a U disk.

l The analysis software has a high degree of humanization and intelligence. After setting the parameters, all measurement tasks can be completed by pressing a button.
