HZJY-5K-N Water-Cooled Generator Insulation Resistance Tester
I.Overview
The water-cooled insulation resistance tester is specially used for the measurement test of water-cooled generator, and can also be used for the insulation test in laboratory or field. Output current greater than 25mA.The maximum output voltage is 5000V.Contains high precision micro - current measurement system, digital boost system. Only one high voltage line and one signal line are needed to connect the test sample.The measurement is carried out automatically, the results are displayed by large LCD screen, and the results are stored.

III.Main functions and features
1. It is controlled by 32-bit microcontroller, with Chinese operation interface and convenient operation.
2. High output current (output at 2500V is greater than 25mA), short-circuit current ≥ 25mA.
3. The high voltage generating module adopts fully closed technology, with internal protection resistance, which is safe and reliable.
4. Strong anti-interference ability, which can meet the on-site operation of uHV substation.
- Automatic discharge after testing and real-time monitoring of discharge process.
- Suitable for measuring the insulation resistance, absorption ratio (R60S/R15S) and polarization index (R10min/R1min) of the water-cooled generator.
- Test high voltage of 2500 v / 5000 v, can measure up to 20 g Ω insulation resistance.
- The water polarization potential is automatically compensated and adjusted. Small between the base and remit the pipe resistance to 10 k Ω also can ensure the accuracy of measurement.
- Output power is big, the line between the hui pipe load resistance can be as low as 100 k Ω Ω (2500 v) / 150 k (5000 v) insulation resistance measurements can be as low as 1 m Ω (2500 v) / 2 m Ω (5000 v).
- The insulation resistance value is indicated by the analog progress bar, which can visually observe the testing process of capacitive samples without delay.Logarithmic scale, indicating value runout small, reading convenience.
- Digital display using 3 1/2 LCD digital table.
- The LCD timer displays the test time, and the minutes and seconds are displayed in a cycle of 0 ~ 32 minutes.The bee beeps every 15 seconds.
- R15S, R60S, R10min, absorption ratio and polarization index can be automatically measured and memorized for checking and reading when the test is completed.
