6 Cups Transformer Oil Dielectric Strength Testing Device, Breakdown Voltage Tester
I. Overview
In power systems, railway systems and large petrochemical factories and mines, enterprises have a large number of electrical equipment, and most of their internal insulation is oil-filled insulation. The dielectric strength of insulating oil is a routine test that must be measured. In order to meet the needs of the market, our company has independently developed and produced a series of insulating oil dielectric strength testers according to the national standard GB/T507-2002, the industry standard DL429.9-91 and the latest power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. This instrument takes a single-chip microcomputer as the core, realizes all the automation of the test, high measurement accuracy, greatly improves the work efficiency, and also greatly reduces the labor intensity of the staff.
2. Main functions and features
1. The instrument adopts a microprocessor, six cups in one, and automatically completes operations such as boosting, maintaining, stirring, standing, calculating, and printing, and can perform oil circulation withstand voltage tests in the range of 0 to 80kV.
2. Large-screen LCD display, Chinese character menu prompts.
3. The instrument is easy to operate, the operator only needs to make simple settings, and the instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of 1-6 oil samples according to the settings. For each oil sample, each breakdown voltage value and cycle times will be automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage value and average value of each oil sample.
4. Power-off retention, can store 100 experimental results, and can display the current ambient temperature and humidity.
5. The single-chip microcomputer is used to control the voltage at a constant speed, and the voltage and frequency are accurate to 50HZ, which makes the whole process easy to control.
6. With overvoltage, overcurrent, limit and other protections to ensure the safety of operators.
7. With temperature measurement display function and system clock display.
8. Standard RS232 interface, can communicate with computer.
