I. Summary
The HZ-1023A Rust Preventing Characteristics Tester is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 11143. It is applicable to the determination of the ability to prevent metal parts from rusting when lubricating oil and water are mixed under this standard, so as to evaluate the rust resistance of additives.

Precautions
1. The instrument shall be well grounded before use.
2. Keep the instrument clean.
3. When there is no water in the bath, do not dry burn the heater.
4. When the machine is started for continuous operation, pay attention to timely supplement the water loss in the bath.
5. Do not turn on the mixing switch before the position of the test cup and the mixing tablet is adjusted properly to avoid breaking the test cup.
6. During the test, if the instrument is abnormal, please turn off the power immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it before continuing the test.
7. In case of any failure of the instrument, contact our company in time, and do not dismantle it at will.
