Key Function And Feature
Charging function:
a. The instrument will automatically charge in strict accordance with the battery charging characteristic curve. The designed charging mode is "constant current → (equal charge and regulated value) constant voltage and current reduction → (automatically judged to be converted to) trickle floating charge". It has the advantages of fast charging speed, high charging recovery efficiency, no need for manual duty, long-term charging without the risk of overcharging, and ensuring the service life of the battery;
b. After the user has set the equalizing voltage, floating voltage, single cell voltage upper limit, charging current, charging time, charging capacity and other parameters, the tester will automatically execute the charging process and display the charging current and charging capacity in real time. , The whole group voltage, single battery voltage, charging time and other information. During the charging process, the charging parameters can be modified again.
c. The charging operation can be stopped when the charging time reaches the set time, the charged capacity reaches the set capacity, the charging module is abnormal or the operation is terminated manually.
Discharge function:
a. The tester has two discharge methods: constant current discharge and constant power discharge. Users can choose the discharge method according to their own needs to conduct discharge test on the battery pack
b. After the user sets the entire set of voltage, discharge capacity, cell termination voltage, number of cells that meet the conditions, discharge time and other parameters, the tester automatically executes the discharge test and displays battery information. The parameters can be re-modified during the discharging process.
c. When the discharge time reaches the set time, the discharge capacity reaches the set capacity, the cell voltage reaches the set voltage, the module is abnormal or the operation is terminated manually, the discharge operation can be stopped.
Online monitoring function:

1. The online monitoring function is used for real-time monitoring of battery packs and single cells and limit alarm prompts. The monitoring information includes the voltage of the whole group, the voltage of a single cell and the monitoring time. The user can stop the online monitoring by setting the termination monitoring time or artificially terminating the operation, and can also remind the user of battery status information by setting the entire group and single voltage alarm limits.

It can save 10 groups of charging, 10 groups of discharging, and 10 groups of online monitoring data; users can query, delete and export to SD card.
The charge and discharge parameters can be adjusted at any time during operation.
Equipped with AC input over-current, over-voltage and output short-circuit protection, fast response speed and long life. And it is equipped with overheating automatic shutdown protection function to ensure that users can rest assured and safe to use.
