System overview
This test system is a full-featured upgrade product based on the high-power line power frequency parameter inter-frequency test system (split device). DL/T1179-2012-1000kV AC Overhead Transmission Line Power Frequency Parameter Measurement Guidelines" integrates the inter-frequency power supply and the test host into a meter-source integrated test device. That is, the functions of inter-frequency power supply and its output control, isolation transformer and its gear switching, test wiring conversion, grounding switching operation, signal measurement and acquisition, data analysis and calculation are all concentrated in the same chassis.
The achievable test items (maximum configuration) of this device cover all the content required by various power transmission lines in the pre-parameter measurement test items and the power frequency parameter measurement items.
a) The head and end of the line under test are suspended in the air - the line electrostatic induction voltage and grounding current measurement;
b) The end of the line under test is short-circuited to ground - the line electromagnetic induction voltage and electromagnetic interference current measurement;
c) Phase-by-phase checking of three-phase lines under high induced voltage -- the end of the line is a bridge busbar or a GIS combined electrical appliance;
d) Insulation resistance test of each phase of the line, check the phase difference, and measure the DC resistance of the line;
e) Positive-sequence impedance, zero-sequence impedance, positive-sequence capacitance, zero-sequence capacitance, and equivalent capacitance of three-phase transmission lines;
e) Zero-sequence mutual impedance and zero-sequence coupling capacitance between multiple circuits on the same pole or in parallel;
f) Analysis of the influence of unbalance and asymmetry between multiple circuits on the same pole or in parallel;
g) Positive-sequence impedance, zero-sequence impedance, positive-sequence capacitance, and zero-sequence capacitance of two-phase transmission lines;
h) Zero-sequence mutual impedance and zero-sequence coupling capacitance between loops of parallel two-phase transmission lines on the same pole;
Main technical parameters of the test device
3.1 According to the test system selection and configuration table, select the specifications and models suitable for different power frequency interference intensity and line length: to meet the needs of AC power frequency parameter testing of 0.2 ~ 1500km overhead lines or cable lines.
3.2 Test device anti-power frequency interference ability: reliable and stable output under the condition that the ratio of the output signal of the device to the power frequency interference signal is 1:20, accurately separate the power frequency interference signal and complete all the test items.
3.3 Power supply: single-phase AC 220V±10%, (10~40A) 50Hz±2%;
3.4 Test device protection function
1) Working power protection: When the input power of the instrument is mistakenly connected to the 380V power supply, the overvoltage alarm indicator lights up and the buzzer emits an alarm sound at the same time.
2) Detection of device casing grounding and test grounding: When the test grounding of the device and the grounding of the casing are poor, the device will issue an alarm prompt character and turn off the power output.
3) Equipped with an emergency stop button to quickly cut off the power output and ground the first end of the line under test in case of accident to protect the safety of testers and equipment.
4) Other protections: The device has four protections of overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overheating, and a fault indicator is installed on the panel to indicate the type of fault.
3.5 Different frequency power output characteristics:
1) Output frequency: 45Hz/55Hz/260Hz fixed frequency output frequency is better than ±0.1%;
2) Output waveform: standard sine wave, waveform distortion is better than ±2%;
