IV.Daily maintenance
1. The guide rail and the slider need to be dripped with an appropriate amount of general-purpose lubricating oil (5~8 drops, do not drip too much, so as to avoid splashing during operation) in 500 tests or 2 months interval.
2. For the cylinder and the reversing valve, please drop 8~12 drops of general-purpose lubricating oil into the air inlet on the back of the instrument at intervals of about every 6 months. The lubricating oil will turn into oil mist with the air flow. Lubricate.
3. For the muffler pads on the upper and lower sides of the slider, due to the influence of the frequency of use, stroke and temperature, the time for the cushion to collapse and fail is quite different. Please pay attention to observe the cushion on the upper end of the slider. If it is damaged, please replace it in time. The replacement method is to twist off the four fastening nuts, remove the four clamping pieces, and remove the failed cushion. The new cushion is opened on the side and inserted into the guide rail.
4. Note that the installed new cushion should not be in contact with the guide rail, and ensure that there is a gap in the center of the guide rail, so as to prevent the rubber from sticking to the guide rail during movement, which is difficult to clean and easily damages the slider.
5. The new cushion should be installed in the side opening, and the clamping piece can press the opening to ensure the service life of the cushion.
