GB/T 21929 "Tag Closed Cup Flash Point Measures", ASTM D56

 

II. Product Introduction

The automatic closed flash point tester (Tag closed cup method) was designed and produced according to national standard GB/T 21929 "Tag Closed Cup Flash Point Measurement Method" and the automatic test method of ASTM D56.It is suitable for the flash point with liquid viscosity less than 5.5cst at 40 ºC or less than 9.5cst at 25 ºC at 25 ºC

 

III. Performance Characteristics

Ø  The instrument is controlled by high -definition 7 -inch high -resolution liquid crystal touch display and touch screen button control.

Ø  All English human -machine operation interface, English words show, the experiment is automated control, intuitive operation.

Ø  The instrument has the full automation function of testing arm automatic lifting, automatic cooling/heating control, automatic ignition, automatic flash point detection and test results saving printing, and test ending automation.

Ø Electronic silicon carbon stick ignition technology, electronic flames, no need to connect to gas, energy saving and environmental protection, and ensure the safety of the laboratory.

Ø The instrument uses a high -precision A -class PT100 temperature sensor to detect the temperature.

Ø When the sample reaches the preset temperature, automatically start ignition and automatically start to detect the flash point of the sample.

Ø The instrument uses a high -precision flash point detector to detect the flash point, with a short response time and high sensitivity.

Ø The digital module automatically detects the atmospheric pressure, and the test result automatically compensates to the correction value.

Ø The instrument is equipped with a self -diagnostic system and reminder function; multiple experimental results can be stored.

Ø Have time, date, and week setting function.

Ø Have the function of heating up, and to limit the testing instrument to automatically stop the test and prompt.
