1. Product overview
A portable instrument dedicated to the verification of three-phase AC electric energy meters and power meters. It has a built-in three-phase standard source and has three specifications of 0.02 level / 0.05 level / 0.1 level. The basic electric energy error detection of the electric energy meter, the constant test of the electric energy meter, the standard deviation, the start-up test, the creeping test and other test items can be completed with one piece of equipment. Reference standards: GB/T 11150-2001, JJG 597-2005, JJG 307-2006, JJG 596-2012, etc.
2. Features
2.1 The maximum output of the three-phase standard source is 456 V / 120 A, which can ensure the stability of the value output under the full load condition.
2.2 The current output is as low as 2 mA, which is the basis for the starting test of the tested electric energy meter.
2.3 The value adjustment has multiple methods such as rotary encoder, position adjustment, step ratio, etc., and it can be adjusted in three-phase system or in phases.
2.4 Phasor diagram display: arbitrarily adjust the phase of the three-phase electricity, and visually display it in the form of phasor diagram.
2.5 Man-machine function: Equipped with large-size LCD touch color screen, intuitive measurement value display and convenient operation.
2.6 Harmonic function (optional): It can be loaded with harmonics of 2 to 21 times, with adjustable amplitude/phase, and conduct harmonic influence test.
2.7 Professional software (optional): supports semi-automatic and fully automatic verification; data management, certificate export
