I. Introduction
This instrument is a special equipment to eliminate the remanence of large power transformers, and has the functions of demagnetization and verification demagnetization. It plays an extremely important role in protecting the transformer from the impact of magnetizing inrush current, putting it into operation safely and prolonging the life of the transformer.
After the power transformer undergoes operations such as voltage ratio, DC resistance measurement, and no-load test, residual magnetism will remain in its core. If the residual magnetism is not treated, it may have many adverse effects on the relay protection device of the power transformer and the primary equipment. Excessive magnetizing inrush current can cause the transformer to fail to close, and the transformer itself mechanically vibrates, causing displacement of the winding structure, affecting the life of the power transformer and even causing permanent damage to it.

The power transformer degaussing analyzer is a new generation of degaussing analyzer independently developed by our company.
