1,Purpose and function
HZRHL - series lubricating oil filter is mainly applicable to the purification treatment of anti-wear hydraulic oil, turbine oil, aviation hydraulic oil, gear oil, refrigeration oil, internal combustion engine oil, heat treatment oil and other lubricating oils with large water content, many impurities and severe emulsification, which can quickly remove impurities, water, gas, reduce acid value and restore the unique performance of lubricating oil. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, machinery, chemical industry, transportation, cement, manufacturing, food and other industries.
2,Working principle
After removing large particles of impurities from the lubricating oil through the coarse filter, capillary condensation will be generated through the demulsification filter element in the demulsifier, and small droplets will become large water droplets and be separated from the oil. Dissolved water is heated and evaporated continuously under vacuum and discharged by vacuum pump. After the water is removed, the oil passes through the fine filter to remove the mechanical impurities, so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively purifying the oil quality.
3,Workflow
The oil is sucked into the heater by vacuum negative pressure through the coarse filter, heated and sucked into the vacuum degassing tank for oil-water (steam) separation. The water in the oil is discharged by the vacuum pump. One part of the oil enters the equipment for recycling after decolorization and acid removal by the molecular adsorber. The other part of the oil is delivered to the fine filter by the oil pump and then demulsified by the demulsifier to separate the oil and water again and output the purified oil.
