I.Overview
HZTC-Z Series Intelligent Console is the auxiliary equipment of high voltage test transformer. Carry out withstand voltage and leakage test together with test transformer. This product conforms to the power industry standard: DL/T848.2-2004. The device is mainly composed of electric voltage regulator, test transformer, microcomputer measurement and control unit, miniature printer and large screen true color touch screen.
II. Working principle
Taking the microcomputer measurement and control unit as the core, the output voltage of the electric voltage regulator is controlled by automatic or manual working mode, and the high voltage is generated by the high voltage test transformer, and then the high voltage is applied to the tested product to generate the test current. In a continuous specified time, whether the test current exceeds the standard is checked to judge whether the tested product is qualified.
